Maan has over 16 years of experience in the oil and gas Industry in MENA. He got his start in the early 2000 working with SME projects and supporting their business activities in the petroleum sector, serving well known global companies and other service providers in the industry. 

Since then, Maan has used his vast knowledge and experience with the big industry titans to start and lead his own company using capital from his past record, now with offices in Iraq, Germany, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, and Canada.

Maan graduated with an MBA from the Anglia Ruskin University of Cambridge and now heads Yall Elite who specialize in managing medium and large projects in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC). Maan also sits on the board as an advisor for some global companies, providing the board with expert knowledge and insight on investments and best in class asset management.

Yan looks after all our operations across MENA. Yan studied Business in College and graduated in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) at Birkbeck University.

Yan has a broad professional background covering IT, Sales, Marketing and Project Management. He is passionate about all areas of business and is driven by commercial excellence.

Richard oversee’s Yall Elite's operations and financial activities, in line with our business goals.

Richard is an experienced Finance and Operations Director and for the last 20 years, he has worked both in the UK and spent several years working overseas, responsible for offices in several different jurisdictions. 

He is a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) by trade but specializes in all aspects of Operations; business growth and turnaround

Sarah looks after our project and programme delivery and is an experienced business and project manager with over 15 years in the consultancy industry. 

Sarah spent many years working at a senior level with significant national and international clients, delivering major projects, multi-project programmes, programme management and controls, whilst developing a special interest in large complex programme management office delivery.

Dr. Mohammed grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. Moreover he has over 12 years experience in IT and digital multi-media marketing having founded his own company specialising in digital marketing and multimedia. 

Prior to joining Yall Elite, Dr. Mohammed worked as the IT Manager for the ‘Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and Industry’. He was also the Head of the Multimedia Department for the ‘Al-Wariseen Trust’, supervising two projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Dr. Mohammed now heads up our IT and Marketing ensuring that we have the best infrastructure and tools to aid our operations as well as the best digital presence across all channels and mediums.
